QA manager for foreign company which based in Shenzhen.Develop and implement quality system together with quality control programs to achieve the objectives of high quality of products and quality system.


Client Details

Established in 1988 in Hong Kong, my client's Engineering Support and Project Management functions are geared towards meeting international customer requirements, giving customers serious communication & clear cooperation. My client is manufacturing complex and/or precision products, which require consistent quality & yields; High Precision Assembly, such as optics, sensors (medical/industrial), and products assembled under a microscope. Complex products may i***olve many different types of parts/components assemblies: SMT, Thru-hole & COB, metal, plastic, and silicone-rubber, among others.


Description

You are supposed to establish and optimize the inspection standard of incoming and in process materials and monitor the performance, guide MRB team members for any non-conformity handling, Create and execute inner quality development plan, continuously to improve the quality accountability and maturity internal of company.

You should make preventative action plans for frequent quality problems to improve materials reliability, address specific quality issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive measures. Coordinate and follow up customer complaint. Actively i***olved into new project and work closely with production, engineering & HR to optimize the manpower structure and improve incoming quality team's efficiency. Lead and develop internal quality management team, optimize the process flow in quality management area, comply with company business expansion.


Profile

Majored in relevant discipline, the suitable candidate can be the one who has rich experience in QA management and has rich knowledge of ISO13485. Proven leadership with a team in charge before, you'd best to be a open-minded, focus, stable man.
