PRI is delegated to recruit below position for its 100% owned factory Domustar in Zhongshan city.
JOB DESCRIPTION -- PROCUREMENT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 制定采购策略，包括供应商识别，开发和分析评估，以加强供应链的有效性
Develop sourcing strategies, encompassing vendor identification, development and analytical assessment, to strengthen supply chain effectiveness.
2. 负责甄别，开发和管理供应商，与供应商保持良好合作
Identify and develop suppliers, maintain good relationship with suppliers
3. 负责采购计划的拟定和落实，完成采购计划
Develop yearly/monthly purchasing plan, monitor and control the implementation of purchasing plan
4. 对采购成本和交期负责
Responsible to manage purchasing cost and delivery times
5. 负责采购全过程，确保采购利益最大化
Always try best to negotiate with suppliers (price, exclusivity, term of payment, etc.) and always seek a better deal.
6. 负责采购文档管理，包括但不限于合同，协议，采购目录以及特殊项目采购文件等
Responsible for documents management including (but not limited to) contract, agreement, catalogs and special purchasing programs
7. 保持对市场信息的跟踪掌握，定期完成采购分析与报告
Keep tracking market information, complete purchasing analysis and report regularly
8. 与质量管理部门合作完成质量认证及质量管理考核流程
Work together with Quality Department to complete supplier qualification certification and procedure
9. 处理采购中部门投诉，确保采购过程合规
Deal with issues and complaints occurring in purchasing process and ensure its compliance with purchasing procedures
10. 建立部门KPI指标
Create and support the department KPI dashboard

REQUIREMENTS
1. 本科或者本科以上学历
        Bachelor degree or above
2. 至少5年管理岗位，有在中大型工厂管理采购团队的经验
3. At least 5 years of experience manager level experience leading a procurement team in a middle to large sized plant
4. 至少5年玻璃或者五金塑料行业采购经验。
        5+ years purchasing working experience in glass or hardware industry. Plastics would also be beneficial.
5. 优秀的谈判技巧和沟通能力
        Good negotiation skills and communication skills.
6. 良好的英语口语和读写能力, 大学英语六级或者以上
        Good command of English, both in oral and written. CET-6 or above
7. 熟练应用办公软件Word, Excel, PPT
        Proficient at Office software like Word, Excel, PPT
