Accountabilities:
Selling & Merchandising
? Sell new product, promotions & merchandising initiatives to distributors;
? Ensure 'Gold Merchandising Standard' (GSM) compliance level in his territory;
? To discuss & provide AU with potential list of Accounts that can be made direct service from DC;
? Open new A&B stores to expand footprint in territory;
? Escalate Key Account Execution issues & non-compliance for AU support.
Coaching
? Work with team member in market to coach & provide one-with-one feedback;
? Conduct effective weekly meeting with team;
? Hire & train team.

Key skills/ Critical experience:
? 5+ years of proven experience in a sales function part of which should be in the FMCG industry
? 3-5 years people leadership experience
? College degree or above
? Key Account experience is plus
? D&A management experience preferred
? Strong negotiation skills and professional selling skills
? Sales planning and time management
? Strong data analyze is preferred
? Strong execution and team player
? Passionate and quick learner
? Mandarin & English (preferred if have English capability)
? Good computer skills
