职位描述：
岗位职责
1.负责过程审核和产品审核标准的制定，执行和维护；
Responsible for the standardization formulation, implementation and maintainance of the process and product audit,
2.负责过程审核和产品审核年度审核计划的收集，汇总和发布；
Responsible for collecting ,summarizing and issuing the annul plan of process and product audit.
3.监控和跟踪各工厂按时完成审核，并收集和保存审核报告；
Supervise and follow up plants to complete audit in time, collect and save the audit reports.
4.支持，培训各工厂过程审核和产品审核方法；
Support and train the process and product audit method for plants.
5.梳理公司过程及客户质量的流程和标准文件，确保各工厂流程文件的有效性
Card the standard and process documents of process and customer quality, make sure the effectiveness of the process documents of each plant.
6.负责维护Carols,COPQ,Custmer Dashboard数据及MEQ系统，汇总完成绩效分析
Responsible for maintain the Carols, COPQ, Customer Dashboard data and MEQ, summarize and complete the quality performance analysis.
7.推动各工厂流程和方法的标准化
Promote each plant’s process and method standardization.
8.向团队内较资浅成员分享经验和知识
Shares experience and knowledge with junior team members

能力要求
1.本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业优先。
Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.
2.三年及以上相关工作经验，具备一定的质量审核经验，熟悉TS16949体系标准。
Min 3years work experience in quality management related function, with certain quality audit work experience, be familiar with TS 16949 system standards.
3.质量体系相关知识，比如，TS16949, ISO9000, VDA，具体客户需求
Quality system related knowledge， e.g. TS16949, ISO9000, VDA, Customer specific request
4.质量管理知识（TS16949, 控制计划，FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 客户指定系统需求等）
Quality management knowledge (TS16949, control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Customer Specific System Request, etc.）
5.质量工具 APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA
Quality tools APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA
