Duties and Responsibilities:
？ Responsible for brand and segment management to achieve annual and quarterly sales, margin, conversion and stock target;
？ In charge of assigned brands quarterly plan including promotions, range extension and content;
？ Support category promotion campaigns covering product selection, offers negotiation, stock planning, traffic diversion and post campaign analysis;
？ Responsible for merchandising and content enhancement to ensure good user experience as well as maximizing sales, click and conversion rate;
？ Work closely with supply chain team on stock management. Prepare stock plan for key promotions. Constantly monitor product availability and PO status;
Qualifications:
？ Bachelor degree or above;
？ Over 2 years’ experience on merchandising, from skincare industry preferred;
？ Good beauty market sense, sensitive to numbers and resilient;
？ Excellent negotiation skills;
？ Good at excel and PowerPoint for business presentation;
？ Fluent in English and Mandarin
