职位描述：
This position is designated to a dedicated project team in the company, that supports the business needs of the company's top enterprise account. A lot of exposure to both internal and external business units, and along with opportunity for further career development.

Drive Performance :
- Monitoring day to day internal operation performances, and stay focused on customer service KPI
- Coordinating with local operations and staff for service reviews with third party service providers for improvement
- Work in conjunction with customer's suppliers to ensure the project is implemented with common goal and objective
- On-site observation, audit, and supporting during special events towards the achievement

Monitoring :
- Monitoring the execution at origin ops including hubs and gateways are by the procedures for service reliability
- Manage day-to-day first level escalation on service and process issues
- Coordinating the implementation of new processes and services at the vendors, internal functions, and relevant teams
- Actively participate in project work groups and measures the progress to achieve goals

KPI & Analysis :
- KPI (Key Performance Indicator) report for internal and external usage
- Performance Analysis by different elements and factors according to defined measurement
- Customer Vendor volume forecast vs. actual analysis

Reports :
- Daily and Weekly reports (For Customer and Internal)
- Project based reports ( For Customer and Internal)
- Deliver engaging, informative and well-organized presentations, provide status reports and progress updates

Candidate Requirement :

- College or University Degree
- English skill at CET 4 required, CET 6 is preferred
- Savvy user of MS office including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and etc.
- The ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms to a variety of stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and be sensitive to numerical details
- A team player who is willing to work with others collaboratively, and be able to work under pressure with self motivation
- 1-2 years of experience with the planning, management and delivery of successful programs and projects.
- 2 years of experience with foreign background company/organization is preferred, but not must 举报 分享
