Job Title: Airfreight Manager
Location: Guangzhou
Salary range: 10 – 15 K / month

Responsibility:
-In charge of the airfreight team in Guangzhou office
-In charge of Documentation, operations and customer service in the airfreight department
-Organizing Improving and developing the airfreight SOP
-Improve the quality of service of the team, timely management
-Cost reduction plans for the airfreight costs and consolidation organization
-Monitoring of the quality of service of the suppliers and improvement plans

Requirements:
- Management experience at least 3-5 years
- Experience 7-10 years minimum in freight forwarding industry
- CET 6 English, fluent spoken and written
- Good negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the airfreight market in South China
- Experience in managing co-loaders and direct airlines contact
- Flexible, adaptable, hands-on
