-Collect and update JD for all positions
-Build up and develop effective recruiting channels
-Conduct resume screen and organize 1st interview
-Communicate with line manager to find suitable candidates
-Update recruitment status report
-Assistant on-board process
-Coordinate orientation for newcomers
-Organize campus recruiting as planed
-Handle Shanghai residence permit related process
-Support employees for visa application
-Manage company Wechat
-Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirement:
-Minimum 3~4 years' experience with recruitment, manufacture industry is a plus
-Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure, independently and result oriented
-Friendly, careful, openness and proactive

任职要求:
-至少3-4年的招聘经验，机械工业行业优先
-优秀的人才搜寻能力
-良好的沟通技巧
