Principal Accountabilities
1.Maintenance of Vendor/Employee Master Data (vendor/Employee creation and information maintenance in ERP) adhering to group policies.
2.Ensuring high Data quality and meet annual KPI requirement
3.Quick and accurate response to queries regarding vendor maintenance matters either by phone or email.
4.Play an active role in any project related to Vendor Master Data liaising with relevant business and technical teams
5.Other Accounting entry level tasks such as AR/AP, invoice handling
Key Qualities Required
1.Position requires a high degree of accuracy and speed in data matching, entry and confidentiality
2.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
3.Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people from different hierarchies
4.Accounting entry level knowledge and skills
Qualifications
1.1-2 year experience in Purchase or Accounting
2.Work experience with Oracle or other ERP Accounts Payable module is a plus
3.Bilingual in English and Chinese language
4.Professional Degree in finance related area is a plus
