职位描述：
his position will be responsible for the design and development electronics technology for actuator, pedal, and sensor products. Tasks include taking designs through the complete design cycle into production, including schematics/circuit design, PCB layout design, prototype build and Engineering test and validation as well as producing required documentation.
Major responsibilities:
? Ownership of electronics development through whole process.
? Carry out analog and digital schematics/circuit design, perform electronics analytical work, guide PCB layout design, BOM generation, consider DFx such as manufacture, assembly and test, guide engineering review of PCB manufacturing process, and problem-solve with PCB venders.
? Work with systems engineering, software engineering, mechanical engineering and electric machine engineering on product development, conduct electronics tests to verify the robustness of circuitry design, trouble shooting, create validation documentation, perform system-level engineering integration test by combination with hardware, software, motor and mechanical parts.
? Provide technical support and instruction to PCB & PCA manufacturers regarding manufacturability, device programming, electronics subassembly level testing, and product level testing.
? Other duties, as assigned to support company goals.
Requirements:
? Abundant experience to conduct on electronic product development through concept to mass production, practiced experience in Automotive will be plus.
? Proven electronic and electrical circuitry analysis/analytic capabilities to verify robustness of electronics; good experiences to operate electronics design verification tool such as SPICE, Pspice, TI Tina, TI workbench or others; Strong DFx capabilities on PCB/PCA.
? Good experience to conduct DFMEA (or DRBFM) for electronics design, good knowledge on PFMEA, FTA, FA.
? Capable to operate Altium Designer (Experiences of Cadence, Power PCB, PADS, or others is acceptable); to finish Schematic and PCB layout design; Be skillful to operate and use lab equipment’s and tools include Oscilloscope, logic analyzer, function generator, soldering irons,.etc.
? Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing process on SMT/THT assembly line, PCB manufacturing process.
? Good knowledge about industry standards such as IPC, AEC, ISO 26262, APQP, etc. is desired but not required.
? Knowledge of EMC simulation and testing is desired but not required.
? Good English communication skills and cross-function collaboration.
