职位描述：
Senior level business analyst experienced in requirement collecting, business & marketing analysis in e-commerce.
Typically requires 5-8 years related experience with a BS degree; 3-5 years experiences with a MS degree.
Prefer 3+ years of business, 3+ years of automation testing experiences, 2+ years of mobile testing experiences, 2+ years of web services testing experiences, 1+ years of performance / stress testing experiences.
2+ years experiences of working in Agile method projects.

Core Skills Include:
1. Demonstrate effective communication with written and verbal English skills.
2. Ability to execute fast-paced and dynamic projects in a highly organized manner on a tight schedule.
3. Good business sense and understanding of e-commerce business model.
4. Analytical and problem solving skills.
5. Previous experience as a business analyst (5+ years), preferably in large e-commerce projects (3+ years).
6. Prefer mass data analysis experiences.
7. Technical back-ground will be a plus.

Major Duties and Functions:
1. Work with business unit to scope, analyze and finalize the business requirements for e-commerce projects.
2. Document the requirements and clearly articulate business impact, benefit and project objectives.
3. Support architects on business view of the technical solutions.
4. Clearly represent proper understandings of the requirement to developers & QAs, and help the PM to tracing the requirements are properly implemented.
5. Perform show & tell section for deliveries of the developing team.
6. Conduct final users(clients) to perform user acceptance testing with the help of QA lead.

General Responsibilities:
1. Identify and manage issues, risks and dependencies during the project.
2. Communicate insights and support executives in taking business decision.
3. Ability to collaborate across multi organizations on a project (on-shore and off-shore; individual contributor, clients, partners, QAs, developers, architects, leaders, and management) 举报 分享
