职位要求:<p>Faria is looking for a candidate fluent in both English and Mandarin located in or willing to relocate to Shanghai.</p><p>Faria's Shanghai office has recently opened to support our rapidly expanding customer base in China. This role will be pivotal in supporting upcoming localisation efforts and the further expansion of the product throughout the greater China region. There will also be opportunities to lead increased integration of Chinese into our future sales & support efforts in China.</p><p><strong>Client Details</strong></p><p>Faria was founded in 2006 to transition schools off paper onto a Curriculum First learning platform, which acts as the core repository of a school's curriculum and academic records, including attendance, assessment, coursework, exams and activities management.</p><p>Today, we serve over 2,300 international schools and over 600,000 students, including 4 in 5 IB Diploma students, in 120 countries with a distributed global team. Our graduating student cohort equals ~12% of all inbound international students attending university in the US, UK, Australia and Canada</p><p>Our service commitment to schools encompasses global 24-hour telephone & e-mail support Monday through Friday with weekend coverage for the Middle East, over 600 annual on-site visits, and hosting annual user group conferences in each region. Our annualised churn rate of less than 1% together with a sustained compound annual ARR growth rate of over 60% since 2012 best reflects this enduring service commitment and our record of product development.</p><p>https://www.openapply.com/</p><p>https://demo.openapply.com/</p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><p><em>Key responsibilities</em></p><ul><li>Running telephone and e-mail support operations. Support will primarily be in English, but you may be asked to provide support in Chinese for select customers.</li><li>Ensuring that our quality of service (e.g. support request times and resolutions) are maintained at levels of excellence.</li><li>Making customers happy (this requires grace under pressure, especially when you're dealing with a challenging customer that has urgent demands and time pressure).</li><li>Providing Quality Assurance (QA) testing for new feature deploys.</li><li>Devising ways to improve our help and support materials.</li><li>Anticipate 20-30% travel, though it may be more or less depending on personal preference.</li></ul><p> Over the course of a normal week, you would have:</p><ul><li>Responded to 150-300 support emails.</li><li>Talked with 20-30 schools by phone.</li><li>Setup 5-10 school accounts.</li><li>Conducted 5-10 online training.</li><li>Updated 1-2 help tutorials.</li><li>Relayed several bugs or feature requests as a result of feedback from schools.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written & spoken)</li><li>High-energy and outgoing, pressure dealing skills when under an urgent case</li><li>Fast learner in a new environment</li><li>Excellent writer</li><li>Clear and engaging presentation skills</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Job Offer</strong></p><p><em>Training in the first 30-45 days</em></p><ul><li>The nuts and bolts of OpenApply as a SaaS business.</li><li>The role of support as Sales and why good customer experiences matter.</li><li>The context and workflows of international schools and how to best support them.</li></ul><p><em>Career Path</em></p><p>Various career paths are open to you, depending on skill level and interest:</p><ul><li>Advanced customer support: Organizing next-level customer success through new documentation, training programmes, and events, including integrating Chinese into these areas.</li><li>Sales & marketing: Organizing marketing campaigns and taking responsibility for incremental sales growth, with a specific focus on expanding the product in China.</li><li>New Products: Moving vertically to support the launch of new products</li><li>Management: Learning the nuts and bolts of SaaS business management and moving to a directorship with P&L responsibility.</li></ul><p>Health Care and friends in a young and fun team</p><p>To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
