ersonal Assistant/Bookkeeper Needed!
Global Executive Industries, LLC.
Global Executive Industries, LLC. is one of the leading Ads Management companies providing superior technical support to some of the largest Fitness businesses in the world. We are currently seeking sharp individuals to join our rapidly expanding team.
Personal Assistant/Bookkeeper:
The personal assistant will work side by side with the CEO in managing the following tasks:
Taking notes
Book Keeping/Accounting
Answering phone calls
Scheduling meetings
responding to customers
Any other duties not specified
任职要求：
This is for a direct hire full-time Open Ended Contract Job
The lucky candidates shall be entitled to the following perks and benefits:
* Work online from home and/or work in the Yubei district at the local office with little to no supervision
* Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break anytime) Some days off
* Working from the comfort of your own home during a set period of time
* Performance Incentives Bonuses
Responsibilities/Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
* Organized individual
* basic knowledge of jpegs, pngs and other formats of images
* ability to read, understand and speak English
* Basic knowledge of word document, excel sheets, power point.
* Good positive attitude
* Excellent English Grammar
* Ability to acquire Technical knowledge of Client services
* Computer literate and internet savvy
* Speed and effectiveness and take notes without command
