Senior Merchandiser -Handbags

Job responsibility:
- Communication with clients regarding new developments and samples
- Daily communication with factories in China to monitor progress with new developments
- Sending detailed quotations to clients
- Placing orders with factories and sending proforma invoices to clients
-Checking, labeling and recording samples with clear photographs.
- Handling courier parcels to and from clients and factories.
- Checking final packaging and ensuring that barcodes scan correctly
- Monitor factory production schedules and confirm dates for final inspections at the factory.
- Liaise with quality controllers to ensure quality standards are per client requirement.
- Visiting new factories to expand factory base when necessary.
- Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of all fabrics.

Job requirement：
1. At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in a trading company
2. Proficient in Word and Excel and knowledge of Photoshop would be an advantage
3. Must be pro-active and willing to work as part of a team and cope well under pressure
4. Excellent written and spoken English in a pre-requisite
5. Preference will be given to candidate that can start as soon as possible
