Reporting to the Senior IA Manager China, the IA Manager plans and conducts various financial, compliance, and operational audits in accordance with accepted professional standards. The conclusions of these audits will allow management to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and levels of operational efficiency throughout the organization.

Reporting to the Senior IA Manager China, the IA Manager plans and conducts various financial, compliance, and operational audits in accordance with accepted professional standards. The conclusions of these audits will allow management to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and levels of operational efficiency throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
1) Manage and execute risk-based audits including Financial, Operational and review in accordance with departmental and professional standards
2) Provide objective assurance and independent review on adequacy and effectiveness of the company's risk management and internal control system while improving operations and providing guidance on best practices
3) Develop audit plan, prepare timely audit reports and present findings and offer recommendations
4) Provides assurance and advisory services, including audit coverage in the areas of governance,entity-level controls,fraud,new strategic initiatives,programs,or business practices as needed by the organization
5) Support the Audit Head on preparing the AC meeting materials and hoc projects
6) Fulfill other relevant issues required by the line manager
Requirement:
1) Bachelor degree or above
2) At least 6 years of relative experience in risk management,compliance or internal control
3) Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, CIA and/or CISA
4) Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
5) Flexible,strong in internal control,analytical,problem-solving and project management skills
6) Ability to communicate effectively and influence and levels of management and persons of different cultures
7) Strong business senses,logical thinking skill and good interpersonal skill
8) Excellent computer skill including Excel,Word and PowerPoint
9) IT audit experience and ability of using ACL or other audit analysis software will be a plus
