Position Summary
This position is responsible for leading, coaching, and managing administrative team, in order to assure smooth operation to general office administration, HR, and basic accounting functions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Administrative Part:
? Instruct, supervise, and guide administrative staffs on the matters related to:
- Ensure that all registration and required filings with government agencies are timely handled
- Facilitate hotel accommodation/airport transportation arrangements including rebooking of tickets against flight amendments for all visitors and associates
- Coordinate with service providers for regular maintenance and repair of office equipments and facilities as required
? Maintain and update general office files on reports / memos / policies / procedures / manuals from home office and HK including safekeeping of documents
? Manage office registration, insurance and taxation, etc.

HR Part:
? Implement the manpower plan that aligns with the human resources strategy
? Manage selection, deployment, retention, leadership development and succession plans of staff
? Manage the staff induction, promotion and retirement processes
? Refine and manage the compensation & benefit system and the performance evaluation systems
? Direct the annual staff performance appraisal process and make recommendations related to promotion, reward, compensation review, retention, retirement plan, etc.
? Oversee the establishment and implementation of the career development & training plan in conjunction with the related departments and external service providers
? Prepare the annual personnel budget and manage the annual compensation review process
? Payroll, allowance, incentive bonus and benefits (including mandatory benefits) administration
? Implement and fine tune all established human resources policies, system and guidelines
? Act as a business partner and work closely with department heads to understand their needs, and provide proper advices and supports

Skills, abilities and Knowledge Requirements
? Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources or Business Administrative or related discipline
? At least 5 years in trading/buying office operations experience with 3 years in supervisory role
? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and enhance relationships with associates at all levels
? Good problem solving ability
? Good team player and leadership skills
? High personal standards of integrity
? Strong interpersonal, networking, problem solving, communication and influencing skills
? Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize
? Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
? Good computer literacy, including Excel, Word & Power-Point
