职位描述：
Sr. Process Industrial Engineer
Responsibilities：
? Work with engineering to do NPI, prepare WI, PFMEA, DOE, etc.
? Implement and develop new manufacturing process required to achieve high standards of safety, productivity, quality, and cost.
? On line trouble shoot, identify problems with product and performance; recommend solutions for enhancements.
? Perform work measurement and production capacity studies. Provide data, alternative proposals, and analysis to annual and long range planning.
? Design and evaluate plant layout, workflow proposals, and participate in the development of key industrial engineering systems
? Make capital budget planning and project implementation.
? Responsible to improve equipment availability and capability by utilizing continuous improvement tools and working cross functionally, support equipment IQ/OQ/PQ validation.
? Define manufacturing standard working methods and maintain relative documents , train and coach employees with less experience.
? Assist with cost analysis for manufacturing processes.

Qualification：
? Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, mechanical or equivalent.
? Sound PIE knowledge and highly skill on trouble shooting.
? Familiar with tools implementation, such as CPK/SPD/PFEMA/MSA/DOE etc.
? Able to create complicated process.
? Experiences with project management.
? Complicated Jig and Fixture design experiences, able to use Pro-E/CAD software.
? Strong Lean knowledge to drive continuous improvements.
? Medical products background.
? Good English skill in writing and speaking. 举报 分享
