职位描述：
GENERAL SUMMARY
? Lead SOX project to building up or improving the controls within internal control framework and ensure the effectiveness of the operation after the controls build in.
? Coordinating proactively within the departments
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Providing support to build up or improve the financial and operating process & procedures
? Standardization for the documentation of the finance process, evidences, and conclusion
? Compliance with regard to SOX requirements
? Coordinate and work with internal or external auditor
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
? A University degree or equivalent in Accounting or Auditing
? 3-5 years related experience in auditing or internal control with good understanding of SOX
? Fluent spoken and written English is a MUST
? General knowledge of internal control or business operations
? Ability to effectively manage time, good communication skills.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
? Internal control Supervisor reporting to Asia FP&A Manager
WORKING CONDITIONS
1. 20%-50% travel domestically.
