职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Presided over the overall work of the Purchasing Department. Lead the purchasing department to do the work according to the work function of the department
主持采购部的全面工作, 领导采购部门按部门的工作职能做好工作。
? Searching qualified suppliers according to the requirements, negotiating the price and payment conditions with suppliers. Audit the suppliers together with Quality Department.
为公司寻找合格的供应商，负责与供应商就价格和付款条件进行谈判。并与品质部门一起对供应商进行审核。
? Develop procurement plan according to the project plan and production plan, and supervise its implementation. Include direct material and indirect material.
根据项目计划和销售生产计划制订采购计划，并督导实施。包括所有生产用物料和间接物料的采购。
? Develop and standardize the procurement principles and procedures, and supervise its implementation.
制定和规范物资采购原则和流程，并督导实施。
? Do the procurement forecasting. according to the operation of funds, the degree of material piled up, make reasonable pre-procurement according to the availability of the company funds and stacking situation in the warehouse.
做好采购的预测工作，根据资金运作情况，材料堆放程度，合理进行预先采购
? Take and lead to abide the procurement principles and procedures. Refuse and stop any bad behaviors.
遵守采购制度，杜绝不良行为的产生。
? Control the volume of goods into the purchase, to avoid the risks caused by market instability.
控制好物资批量进购，避开由于市场不稳定所带来的风险。
? Monitoring the status of the project logistics, control of unreasonable material procurement and consumption.
监控项目物流的状况，控制不合理的物资采购和消费
? Guide and inspect the purchasing requisitions. Assist the Finance Department in auditing the project and controlling the cost
进行采购申请的规范指导和检查工作，协助财务部进行工程的审核及成本的控制。
? To complete other tasks assigned by his superiors.
完成上级交办的其他任务
Requirements:
? At least 3 years working experience as Purchasing Manager
3年以上采购经理工作经验
? Experience in sourcing in stamping, injection molding and electroplating.
有在五金、注塑及电镀领域采购工作经验者优先
? Fluent in listening, speaking and writing English
英语听、说、写流利
? Ability to work in a team
