职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Analyses quality problem as they arise and reports inspection findings with recommendation
2. Drive for quality continuous improvement
3. Handle customer complaint, take lead on root cause analysis and actions taken, complete 8D report
4. Create and keep updating of Product quality inspection criteria
5. Leading inspection team for Quality Control and train QC for inspection
General Requirement:
 1. Bachelor Degree or above, Major in Mechanical or other engineering related background
2. Capable to handle quality improvement and customer complaint independently
3. Familiar with QC method and ISO9001 requirements
4. Good English skills, both oral and written, be able to work with foreigner
