职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.The Tooling section manager provides technical support to tooling quotation/ the new tooling development and the tooling optimization.
2.He/she must be responsible for the existing tooling maintenance& improvement to maximize productivity and meet the needs of the quality
3.He/she work together with tooling vendor for DFM report to keep communication with customer on tooling technology
4.He/she designs new product/injection tooling and ensure the new tool on schedule
5.Responsible for injection molding engineering (tooling & machine maintenance)
6.Leading machinery and tooling engineering team
Requirements:
1.College degree or above, major in tooling design & fabrication or related.
2.A t least 3-year working experience in injection mold design,2-year in tooling project management and more than 5 years people management.
3.Working experience inelectronic product company is preferable.
4.Rich knowledge in tooling/injection process/resin material/steel etc
5.Solid experience in tooling/injection engineering improvement
6.A good player as a team
7.Good command of English
8.Good communication and presentation skill.

1.New product optimization for tooling manufacturability
2.Improvement action in tooling and injection
3.Technical support to the productivity and the quality improvement
