我们的客户是一家知名的大型内衣生产企业。
Reporting Lines汇报关系:
Report to: IE经理
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
1. 快速转款、衣车及人员需求预算；
2. 生产平衡及排车监控；
3. 效率及非本位监控；
4. 现场改善；
5. 裁床及模杯SMV设定及维护监控；
6. 每月总结报告；
7. 管理安排生产IE的日常工作；
8. 完成上司临时交办的各项工作。
Job Requirements职位要求:
1. 大专或以上学历，工业工程专业或服装专业，懂GSD；
2. 3年以上服装管理经验，2年生产现场跟进工作经验，能撑握各种服装车缝流程；
3. 能熟悉应用以下办公软件： Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio；
4. 熟练GSD系统的应用；
5. 有丰富的方法研究，工作分析，成本分析的经验；
6. 熟悉运用IE工程的七大手法，五项原则来解决问题和优化生产，对节约成本提高效率改善项目有实际经验；
7. 良好的文字语言表达及沟通协调能力；
8. 工作细心谨慎，积极主动，有团队精神；
9. 有创新思维， 对本部门或其它部门多提建议。
