职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
? Updating the account payable daily;
? To transfer AP-Valuation to AP-formal after receiving Invoice from vendors. And to account VAT-in correctly ;
? To check the invoice and PO ;
? To make and update the one week’s payment list for cash management;
? To arrange purchase payment weekly;
? To make sure on outstanding issues with Logistic and cashier ;
? Design procedure for payment and receipt; ensure all payments are supported by documentation and ensure authorization consistent with corporate procedures;
? Confirm all payments are supported by valid cash and avoid overdraft.
? Help manager to control cash flow to make forecast for payment;
? .Responsibility for payable related audit requirement;
? Other related tasks assigned by accounting manager,

 Experience:
? University degree with major in financial or accounting;
? 2 years of financial accounting experience relevant working experience preferably
