Responsibility
? Operational wise, reports directly to Company I&C Manager (and HSE Manager if applicable) on all matters relating to Health, Safety and Environmental issues.
? Liaise between customer and/or rig building shipyard and I&C Manager for all HSE related issues.
? Immediately report all incidents to I&C Manager (and HSE Manager if applicable) by phone and follow-up with written report by e-mail.
? Follow up all incidents to their conclusion, continuously providing updated information to I&C Manager (and HSE manager if applicable) via e-mail.
? Possess very good skills in English, oral as well as written (to include reading and writing) in order to ensure there are no language problems in communicating with foreign colleagues.
? Administer HSE programs and conduct training to cultivate Health Safety and Environmental awareness.
? Identify/Document HSE trainings/plans for employees when necessary according to their positions, responsibilities, significant aspects, regulations and other requirements.
Requirement
? Must be literate in English and Chinese (Verbal in written)
? Must be literate in use of standard office software
? At least two years of experience in safety inspection and safety management in specific areas: machinery production, electrical, welding, cutting, hoisting etc…
? Rich on-site safety management experience in petrochemical project or machinery production company.
? Skilled and assertive in implementation, supervision and enforcement of HSE related policy, rules and regulations.
? Must have worked in an English language work situation before. Preferably with a multinational company.
College Bachelor degree, major in safety, environmental, or other relevant majors. (May be waved dependent upon practical/professional experience).
