职位描述：
o Responsible for Packaging and Packing-Logistics related processes and quality
o Regularly visits ODMs and logistics sites (e.g. airport terminal, distribution center, Notebook and printer ODMs)
o Identify packaging and logistics cost savings opportunities
o Manage projects implementing packaging and logistics cost savings
o Audit ODMs and Logistics sites for packaging quality
o Audit the auditors of ODMs, verify their quality systems for packaging, maintain / update audit documents
o Drive packing optimizations for quality improvements, drive cross ODM leverage
o Be local CQ representative (eyes and ears) for peers who could not travel, e.g. do inspections on behalf of others
o Guide/Host visitors coming to CQ
o Willingness to visit airport terminal approx. once per month at evening hours
o Participate in conf calls at late evening hours up to twice per week.
o Responsible for supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis, order fulfilment, import/export operations and shipping, for a regional or global business unit.
o Performs analytics by applying knowledge of supply chain, business rules, policies, and processes.
o Produces reports using IT systems and analyzes data to develop trends for supply and demand activities; articulates findings to management.
o Analysis of backlog management.
o Performs data collection and validation within projects.
o Gathers demand data from country, region, and account managers to contribute to demand planning.
o Collaborates with regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes.
o Contributes to project and cross-functional team to meet business objectives
o Works across cultures and businesses on a limited basis.
o Interlocks with different factories, freight forwarders, and logistics services providers.
o Able to accommodate different time zone in multiple countries.
o Researches and analyzes priority projects within established guidelines.
o Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement and develops business case analysis.
o Assigned fundamental project responsibilities.
o Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and global business unit planning teams.
o Decision-making limited to immediate definitions with minimal risk to the business.
o May provide training or general direction for junior staff members.
? Education and Experience Required:
o Min 3 years experience in packaging / logistics.
o First level university degree or equivalent experience.
o Typically five years of experience in a supply chain function or related analytic role.
o Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Technology or Engineering degree preferred.
? Knowledge and Skills:
o Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
o Strong analytical and data modelling skills.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language (Chinese preferred).
o Strong interpersonal skills.
o Ability to collaborate with a team.
o Developed Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation.
o Developing Project Management Skills.
o Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
o Proficient understanding of HP's overall supply chain strategy.
o Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ATP.
o Developed understanding of import/export regulatory requirements and compliance.
o Moderate level of knowledge of inventory analysis.
