职位描述：
1. Be responsible to all daily inspection of incoming goods, reject parts, half-finished parts, finished parts. Record and report for quality leader. Deal of non-conformance material accordingly. 对所有日常来料、退料、半成品、成品进行检验,并作好相关记录和汇报工作，如废品统计。做好不合格品报告及处理
2. First and last parts inspection首件检验：
Check of the first and last parts of production line for every shift according to working instruction, record and reporting for that.逐项检验,并作好相关记录和汇报工作."
3. Process inspection 过程质量检查
Sample frequently for the production line according to inspection specification. 按照检查文件要求对生产线的产品定时抽检。
4. External inspection.外出检验：
According to supplier’s asking, go to supplier’s working site to check if the mould or parts are qualified. In case of followed quality cost of NCM. 根据供应商要求,在对一些复杂零件进行的预检.另外针对供应商的工艺条件提出检验重点预防来料时NCM的发生
5. Gauge Management:量具管理：
Inspect Gauge every day. Maintained for the gages periodically in case of gages expired. 每天清点量具情况,按时对检具进行养护(去污/上油),预先提醒量具校验期限
6. Document management文档管理：
Take the responsibility of Documents and records collection classify and filed.根据要求对各类文档进行收集/分类/归档
7. Quality analysis质量分析：
Support others to analysis quality issue, take actions to improve it. 协助对质量问题进行现场分析并加以改善
8. On-site 5S management 5S工作
9. Others temporary work领导交办的其他工作

具体任职资格：
1. be of loyal and devote to work, team cooperate and take initiative. 具备以下基本素质：忠诚敬业、团队合作、积极主动.
2. good communication and coordination to others.良好的语言和书面表达能力、人际沟通及协调能力
3. technical secondary school or above. Machinery or automotive specialty.中专以上学历，机械或自动化背景
4. 2 years machinery or plastic injection company inspection work experience.一年以上同类注塑或机械生产厂质检工作经验。
5. familiar with machine drawing and QC tools. Skilled with office software.熟悉机械图纸及常用的质检工具，熟练使用office软件，如word、excel等 举报 分享
