Responsibilities:
1. Generate consultancy business opportunities in South China.
2. Service existing clients, nurture client relationships and cultivate repeat business and referrrals for the company.
3. Working closely with department head to assist in setting in budgets and future plans for the department.
4. Lead & manage a team of managers & consultants in the day-to-day management of the department.
5. Lead the creation and visualization of presentations, briefings, Q&A and reports.
6. Main consultancy project lead for some significant projects & support the delivery of a comprehensive consultancy report within agreed timeline.
7. Maintain a support role on projects led by other department or team members within South China.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
1. Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
2. At least 6 years relevant working experience & proven track record in the real estate consulting service.
3. Essential educational or professional qualification necessary for successful job performance.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with collaboration and team work approach.
5. Proficiency in a variety of popular computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
