- As the Head of Controlling, He/She shall interacts closely with the Business Unit and company China management, BU HQ, Division and Siemens China Controlling as well as with internal share service providers. Externally, he/she interacts closely with the nominated financial auditors of Siemens, authorities (i.e. Tax Offices), service providers and customers.

- Financial reporting, integrity and effective risk management and internal control systems
- Effective business administration, controlling, financial reporting and ~closing
- Efficient capital, financing and tax management

- Protects the assets and values, driving for a sustainable value creation
- Trusted partner of the business team, internal and external business partners

Leads:
- Role Model" for team members, colleagues and business partners
- Developer and promoter for effective teams and individual talents

The department task includes:
Finance and Accounting functions
- Accounting governance functions, e.g. accounting principle and process
- Closing management and general analytical review for finance governance
- Main interface and coordination with GSS Accounting & Finance (share service)
- Local audit coordination with external financial auditor (both IFRS and PRC)
- Local public and statistical reports
- Group Inter-company Charge management
- Interface towards Cluster Treasury, e.g. bank account, liquidity planning, foreign currency management and etc.

Business controlling and administration
- Business Target Agreement, Planning/Budget & Forecasting.
- Regular and adhoc. report.
- Business performance monitor and analysis.
- Commercial partner of BU and staff functions
- Credit notes monitor and review
- Cash flow and Assets management, analysis and monitor, incl. AR, AP, inventory, Unbilled Revenue, OR, OP, GRIR, and etc.
- Credit control, AR support and SAP Customer master data management
- Fixed assets management
- Cost Center and allocation key management, SAP Migration and relevant SAP module competency
- SOA officer and Risk and Internal Control support
- Company Tax interface
- Controlling interface to BU HQ, Division, Product BU, Infrastructure and shareholder controlling
- Financial documents archiving

Knowledge & Skill
- Financial and Accounting guidelines and principles in both IFRS and PRC GAAP
- Tax law and regulations
- KPI definition, setting and management
- Project management and commercial controlling tools and processes
- SAP: all relevant modules
- Excel, Powerpoint and relevant office tools
- Fluent written / spoken English

Experence
- 5-10 years of experience in the finance controlling and/or field of accounting and reporting
- More than 3 years of manager position
- Several years of experience in project/solution or service business
- Experience in inter-action among various departments / teams
- Experience in multi-national companies

Education and others:
- University degree or above, CPA/ACCA is prefered.
