Key tasks
l Key contact for managers in Jiaxing regarding HR issues:
l Follow up HR KPI and support to implement action plans;
l Support GM on decision-making and implementation.
l Support GM on network development within plant.
l Maintain good relationship with local schools and authorities;
l Drive negotiation locally by close cooperation with managers, employees and labor union;
l Support all people processes implementation in Jiaxing;
l Provide daily consultancy to staff and managers regarding people development, resources & competence planning, Employee Engagement Survey, recruitment and C&B related matters;
l Understand employee's requirement, and support to work on action plan
l Support Jiaxing GM on other HR issues when needed.
Requirements:
l BA degree or corresponding knowledge.
l Minimum 4 years HR experience in multinational manufacturing environment
l HR generalist with solid experience on staffing, people development, employee relation, communication preferred.
l Solid perception on labour law and regulations.
l Excellent communication skill
l Excellent trouble-shooting and HR project management experience preferred.
l Strategic thinking preferred
