职位描述：
Job Description:
The individual will work at new product assembly process integration role in packaging engineering department.
? Lead new product development from concept design till qualification and eventually transfer to mass production.
? Work closely with global functional teams in US or India, review feasibility drawing, propose structure design options, and launching mechanical sample builds.
? Work closely with both internal and external functional teams, validate design options through functional characterization builds, do cost analysis, request mechanical and signal integrity simulation, initiate assembly process flow and BOM, make best design for manufacturing and quality.
? Execute to qualifications plans, follow up reliability status, and lead activity on closure of package qualification failures.
? Transition, Package Qualification & Ramp Build Monitoring - Monitor assembly & test yields / schedules, highlight gating items; Ensure MP readiness with respect to process and equipment.
? Manage low volume to high volume production transition, make sure yield meet target and all action closed, lead team to update FEMA, SOP, control plan, process guideline, SPC etc items before moving to high volume production.
? Support new technology/new wafer/new material development activities

Requirements:
? Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree major in Engineering Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Science, or other engineering subjects;
? Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;
? Self-motivated and self-directed
? Hard working, and be able to work under high pressure
? Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems
? Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, take full ownership 举报 分享
