职位描述：
Summary/Objective
As a production manager, you'll be involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. You'll make sure goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and expected level of quality.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the production process, develop and execute production plan;
2. Ensure that the production costs targets are met according to standard costs targets in SAP;
3. Responsible for headcount planning and recruiting within your department;
4. Responsible for setting yearly objectives and impactful development plan for all direct report associates;
5. Ensure direct labor associates have necessary skill levels to meet production processes needs and maintain direct labor associate skill matrix and develop their skills accordingly;
6. Develop monthly and yearly budget plans for labor, cutting tooling, maintenance, and capacity planning;
7. Ensure all quality standards are understood and met daily;
8. Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
9. Be responsible for the maintenance of equipment to support production needs;
10. Implement lean manufacturing tools such 5S, Standard Work, VSM, TPM in all production areas and ensure all associates are engaged and providing the necessary support;
11. Build teamwork and accountability within the production department
12. Liaison among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers to ensure clear communication and necessary actions are being taken to drive continuous improvement to deliver high quality and low cost products to customers on-time;
13. Work with all managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
14. Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;
15. Lead, supervise, and motivate department associates;
16. Conduct annual performance reviews for all department associates performance;
17. Identify training needs.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree in Manufacturing Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Process Engineering/Business Management with 5+ years in automotive production environment.
? Good project management skills
? The ability to communicate clearly with staff at all levels
? Good presentation and Excel skills
? Good problem-solving skills
? An understanding of manufacturing processes
? Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards
? The ability to make effective decisions under pressure
? The ability to work to deadlines
? A willingness to work flexibly
? An understanding of health and safety.
? Working knowledge of SAP or some type of ERP system

Supervisory Responsibility
