General Responsibilities:
- Overall sales activities
- Working Platform management
- Achieve stipulated targets in line with company objectives
Detailed Responsibilities
- Build up target account list by using selection criteria
- 24 qualified target accounts the total value of which is equal to monthly sales target
- 8 sales calls per week directed at target accounts
- All activity and planning logged in one view (CRM system)
- Weekly preview working plan and Bi-Weekly review working platform with Sales manager
- Achieve agreed income & expense budgets taking corrective action where necessary
- Socialize with clients and establish long term relationships
- Other tasks assigned by manager
Communications
- Internal -products, sales, business development, local/overseas network.
- External - Customers
Competency & Qualifications:
-Competency Requirements: Desired Level
- Communication: Strong communication skill, service etiquette and ability to ask clear questions
- Customer Service: Strongly sales oriented with excellent service etiquette;
- Team Work: Cooperative, and real team player with broad business insight;
- People Management: Self-disciplined and good time management;
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and be solution provider;
- Result Orientation Can use resources to achieve goals and objectives within timeline
Qualifications Requirements
- Knowledge & Skills: Industry knowledge of basic handling procedures for all Business units;
- Education & Training: A degree holder and the ability to speak read and write in English/Cantonese;
- Experience: 1 year work experiences in same industry preferably in a sales function;
- Personal Characteristics: Accountable and responsible; Positive attitude under high pressure; Determined and confident.
