Job Description:
1. Manages the analysis and design of new distributions centers and processes (for example, material flow, transportation) by applying industry technologies, equipment, and material handling solutions; partnering with key vendors to benchmark industry best practices; collaborating with key internal teams (for example, Operations management, Information System Division (ISD)) to gain project support and operational insight;
2. Assembling financial analyses and justifications; and presenting project ideas and designs to senior leadership for approval.
3. Identifies and assists in overseeing the implementation of initiatives to reduce operating expenses within the supply chain by applying traditional industrial engineering techniques (for example, work measurements, process improvement) to build operations improvement plans; collaborating with key cross functional teams (for example, operations, logistics systems) to ensure project timelines and milestones are identified and coordinated; partnering with key material handling providers to identify and implement appropriate technologies; and developing presentation materials of project ideas and designs prior to senior leadership approval.
4. Manages logistics projects by creating project implementation plans, timelines, budgets, and operational plans for multiple site projects; developing project performance tracking to ensure projects are meeting financial goals; and visiting locations to drive project progress, engage operations management, and ensure operational needs are being met while minimizing operational impact.
5. Leverage expertise both Walmart China and internationally to have best fit design for Perishable BTS (building to suit) future business growth.
6. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Retail or related field
2. > 5 years’ experience in project management or related field; Strong project management skills, Prefer PMP, but not required.
3. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
4. Excellent communication skills(influential and persuasive both orally and written);
5. Customer-centered, result-oriented, detail-oriented
6. Must be a team player, high degree of interpersonal skills
7. Good English Skills spoken and written;
8. Computer skills, Proficient in Microsoft Project; Proficient in AutoCAD; Lean sigma certificate
9. Experience and knowledge in WMS system is preferred. 举报 分享
