Plant Manager/工厂经理

这是一家德国独资大公司，计划在江西景德镇投资7000万欧元新建工厂。

现在招聘管理人才，这家公司从事做再生能源行业，例如太阳能、风能、电能之类的再生能源，行业属于国家扶持行业，有非常好的发展前景。

背景能力要求：
? Experienced in leading middle-sized operation team (100-200 people) in foreign invested company. 具备中型外资企业（100~200人）管理经验；
? Strong leadership and management skills.较强的领导力及管理技巧；
? Strong knowledge in quality assurance, Maintenance, Logistic, project management; good knowledge with budgeting and cost controlling.具备质控保证、维修、物流、项目管理知识，较好的预算管理及成本控制经验；
? Experienced in production documentation and reports.具备生产文件记录、生产报告管理经验；
? Experienced in HR, Finance management for more than 2 years.具备人力资源、财务方面两年以上管理工作经验；
? People manager. 擅长人的管理；
? Independent self-starter.能够独立开展工作；
? Fluent in English.英语流利。


职责：
? Lead, direct, and control the day-to-day activities of the plant to achieve the short and medium-term financial and operating objectives set by the overall corporate business plan. 领导和控制工厂日常运行，实现公司短期和中期财务及运行指标；
? Responsible for activities such as maintenance, manufacturing, quality control, engineering, supply and logistics. 负责维修、生产、 质控、项目及后勤物流工作；
? Monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve volume, quality, and manufacturing standards.监督成本控制，优化生产资源，例如成本、产量、质量、生产标准等；
? Set, and monitor the performance of the plant against, standards and targets in areas such as manufacturing, cost control, legal compliance, and people development.建立并监督工厂业绩，在以下方面: 标准、目标、生产、成本控制，人员发展等；
? Develop and implement a variety of operating policies and procedures to ensure that the plant meets it current, future production targets, and quality standards.发展并执行运营政策及流程，确保工厂达到现有及未来生产目标及质量标准；
? Allocate labor and capital resources to maximize productivity.合理分配人力、物力，实现产能最大化；
? Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of functional and operational managers to ensure that the plant meets it's established targets and standards.领导、评估、发展一支专业运营团队，确保实现工厂目标；
