Our client is leading MNC in specific market.

Responsibility
？ Verify recruitment expectation of hiring manager
？ Select proper recruitment channel to collect resumes
？ Screen and interview candidates in accordance to the recruitment procedure and make recommendations
？ Create more recruitment channels and improve the recruitment process to reduce cycle time while control budget to meet target
？ Implement workforce planning and build up talent pool accordingly
？ Prepare monthly report of recruitment function

Qualifications
？ Education Background
？ Bachelor’s degree or appropriate professional qualification
？ Work Experience
？ at least 4-5 years HR recruitment experience
？ Skills and knowledge
？ Good communication skills/Interpersonal skill/Team work spirit
？ High ethical standards
？ Excellent PC skills
