职位描述：
Our member is now looking for a QC Manager who is in charge of establishing and perfecting the quality management system of the company. Reported to factory director, he/she is responsable for organizing the quality inspector to conduct the inspection, improvement and control of the product quality; for achieving quality management goal of the company. He/she is responsible of the definition of correctives action and the good application of the decisions. He/she is assisting the R&D department in products improvement to maintain the product of the company competitives.

该质量经理的主要职责是帮助工厂总监建立并完善公司的质量管理体系，组织质量检验员开展产品的质量检验、改进和控制等工作，达成企业质量管理目标。

主要职责 / Responsibilities
1. 协助建立完善公司的质量体系，并组织实施质量管理工作
1. Assist in establishing and perfecting the company’s quality system; and organize the quality management.
2. 组织人员对原料、成品进行检验
2. Organize the staff to inspect the raw materials and the finished product.
3. 对生产过程中发现的质量问题进行妥善处理
3. Duly handle those quality problems found during the production process.
4. 组织相关人员对产品质量问题和客户意见进行分析，并提出改善措施
4. Organize the related staff to analyze the product’s quality problems and customers’ opinion, as well as to propose the improvement measures.
5. 负责产品质量的持续改进和提高工作
5. Be responsible for the consistent improvement and advancement of product‘s quality.
6. 组织对质量事故进行调查，书写调查报告
6. Organize the survey of the quality accident and completion of the survey report.
7.负责质量调查和寻找方向（原因、影响和提出正确的措施）；负责去管理记录和执行所有正确的措施。
7. Be responsible of the claim investigation and reporting to the direction (causes, consequences and to propose correctives actions). He/she is responsible to manage the claim record and application of all the correctives actions decided by the quality departent and/or the direction.
8. 负责组织质量管理体系及质量控制方面的培训
8. Be responsible for organizing the training in quality management system and quality control.
9. 预混料的供应安排
9. Supply arrangement of the premix.
10. 协助研发部门和竞争对手产品的分析和保管
10. Assist the R&D department in analyzing and keeping the product of the company's competitors.

职位要求 / Requirements
1.Use all the measure equipments and lab equipments
能正确使用所有的测量仪器和实验室仪器。
2. Basic computer softwares skills and communication are needed. Good English is required.
基本的电脑技能和沟通技能。
3.Stop any delivery or production if he judge that the quality engagment are not respected.
一旦判定不及格，能够停止发货和生产。
4. Stop the use of any document that is not update or not conform with the quality requirement
