Job descriptions:
? Manage hiring needs in responsible area and communicate with line managers for the hiring plan
? Understand JD requirement and manage hiring process with suitable channels
? Screen applicants and select candidates
? Conduct telephone interview amp; face to face interview, provide assessment report for decision making
? Responsible for salary proposal and candidates management includes motivation, compensation, job fit and career development
? Ensure recruiting databases and tools are timely updated
? Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management
? Participant or lead projects for hiring improvement

Job requirements:
? Bachelor or above degree, 7+ working experience in hiring function
? Good English communication both in Written and Oral.
? Be able to comfortably interface with all levels of Management Expertise in generating a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates
? Good planning skill, able to prioritize multiple tasks
