职位描述:
?Participate in the on-going HR operations activities, ie, employment process, employee communications, employee data tracking and analysis, HR meeting arrangement and coordination as well as the service award administration and other daily HR administration work.
Recruitment:
Ø Update the posted information in the public recruitment websites as system administrator. The information is including but not limited JD confirmed by recruiter, refresh post date, account management, etc.
Ø Participate in recruitment as advisor and support line managers to improve ability to forecast, attract, and integrate new skills in line with business plans
Ø Coordinate job applications and maintaining CV’s to include assistance with interviews & inductions; Liaise, process and utilize agencies on recruitment issues; Placing advertisements on the public recruitment channels and its follow-up.
Ø Keep records and analyze the recruitment data in order to improve the efficiency.
On-board process:
Ø Track and follow up the on-board preparation process after offered accepted, inform new joiner the on-board preparation, physical check-up notice, personal social insurance and housing fund preparation, GEFCO Check-in list.
Ø Labor contract signature—within 1st month of on board
Ø On board notice to payroll vendor – once the employee comes on board
Ø Remind employee to provide related document before handing over to payroll vendor—Day 1 of on board
Ø HRIS administration accordingly to open account
Ø Add the staff info to commercial insurance summary report—by end of each month
Ø Other coordination work with payroll vendor
Probation:
Ø Send to line manager the Probation Goal setting profile when new comers go on board
Ø Follow up and remind the probation appraisal. Inform HR Development Manager timely if there are special cases.
Employee Service
Ø Labor contract renewal reminder
Ø Labor contract renewal version preparation
Ø According to the termination notice from HR Manager, send to the employee the check-out list and track the check-out process when the labor relationship is closed.
Ø Employee P-file maintenance
Ø Leave/OT summary maintenance
Report and documents:
Ø Employee Master data maintenance
Ø Training records maintenance, hard copies and e-copies, venue contract
Ø HR Monthly report generation
Ø Maintain the data of HRIS in compliance with any of HR events.
Support for other HR event
Requirements
Bachelor degree above
Some experience in recruiting
Good written Englsih
