2.通过对家长和宝宝的观察，发现家长教育的误区，并给予合理的指导建议

4.对客群关系进行有效维护，定期进行沟通和回访，确保客户的满意，
5.配合市场进行相关的课程宣传活动及相关工作
岗位要求：
1.学前教育、舞蹈、音乐、英语、汉语言文学等相关专业毕业，大专以上学历
2.热爱教育行业，喜欢孩子，有爱心，有责任感
3.能够接受先进的教育理念、训练方法及教学流程
4.能自如应对课程突发状况，适应双休日工作
5.善于沟通，有团队合作精神

Responsibilities：
1.According to the course contents,the teachers should organize parents and the baby in an orderly interactive game, passing scientifi parenting ideas and parentig methods to the parents.
2.Through the observation of parents and babies,teachers found the mistaken education of parents, and give the reasonable guidance.
3.According to the teaching situation, making summary on time to optimize the parents and baby's class experience.
4.Effective maintenance of customer relationships, regular communication and return visit to ensure customer satisfaction.
5.Cooperate with the market to carry out the relevant course promation activities and related work.
Requirements：
1.Pre-school education, dance, music, English, Chinese language and literation and other related professional graduate,college education.
2.Love the enducation industry, like children and have a sense of responsibility.
3.Ability to accept advanced educational ideas, traning methods and teaching processes.
4.Be able to cope with the sudden situation of the course, to adapt to work on weekends.
5.Good communication, team spirit.
