正式学习项目专业知识之前需在生产车间现场实践模具知识1-3个月。
（了解产品是所有工作的基础！一个优秀的工程师需要了解产品制作过程以及制作所需的时间和怎样解决问题是最有效的，会理论很多时候并不能解决实际操作上出现的问题。现场操作第一能更好的熟络并维护人际关系，二能通过实际做模过程了解模具，能更好更快的解决项目跟进中出现的问题，更好的安排货物交期按时出货！）
实习考核通过后开始学习项目工程师方面知识。

项目工程师主要工作/要求如下：
1,负责出口模具从设计到走模全流程跟踪，管理。
任职要求：
2、制定模具开发进度表，跟进掌控模具制作进度，处理模具异常；
3、现场跟进试模，处理试模问题点，负责送样测试，跟进样品测试结果；
4、负责对修模资料进行可靠性评估，与相关部门沟通落实改模方案，跟进改模进度，对改模后的产品评估确认及总结；
5、负责各加工环节工作协调及跨部门沟通确保模具工作顺利开展；
6、团队意识强，服从管理，能接受有高难度工作的抗压能力；
7、熟练英语听，说，写更佳。 举报 分享
