职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Develop South China market and customers,keep good relationship with the existing customers and devolop new customer
Establishing and maintaining good relationship with KA customer
Fully understanding customer needs and project development planning
Ensure that the customer's requirements are all identified and well understood by the project teams
Determine the sales price objectives according to the knowledge of the market and competitors position
Initiate and conduct all possible actions in order to be able to submit, within the time limits, a competitive quotation technically and economically
Identify new business opportunities, propose biz strategies and work with marketing and team to make the biz happen
Build up professional customer relationship, proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates constantly customer needs and satisfaction and establishes plans and leads the actions to meet their needs

Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Chemical/Polymer or related filed
More than 5 years sales experience in engineering plastic industry
Have customer resouce in Automotive industry is a plus
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Excellent understanding of business processes
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
