职位要求：To lead Pet Care growth in Modern grocery and look after Wal-Mart and Sam's Club group; to grow the business fully implementing company strategy and ensuring excellent execution.

Client Details

Our client is the market leader in pet care and has take more than 50% of the market share in the business. They are keen to grow the business to meet the market needs.

Description

Achieve Customer OP plan within targeted TP budget ; Achieve JBP P&L targets with the account,

Deliver quality account management in the areas of new product speed-to-shelves, normal shelf and second display, promotion, pricing, inventory, etc;

Work closely with field and other internal teams to ensure execution excellence& operational efficiency

Lead Joint Business Plan & Trade Term Negotiation with top national and regional KAs.

Profile

MUST has experience of working with KA client HQ in contract negotiation and JBP as well as business planning, preferred experience with Wal-Mart group;

Strong data analysis skills to drive business and excellent communication skills to work across outside team and internal sales team;

Fluent English to be a key player in an international team;
