<p>Our client is a UK listed industrial group with year of business exposure globally. This position works closely with China industrial and operation team and provides strategic, technical, operational and statutory controllership leadership with team leading based in Jiangmen.</p><p><strong>Client Details</strong></p><p>Our client is global industrial products well-known company with fast-growing business in the Asian market. Jiangmen as part of the business center, its manufacturing HQ is in Suzhou SIP, and is now looking for a qualified finance controller to be joining their international management team.</p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><p>To manage and provide leadership to the finance operation team ensuring it produces timely, accurate and useful financial information including recommendations for corrective action when required.<br />To ensure periodic forecasts are produced and to monitor actual performance against forecast.<br />To produce rolling twelve months cash flow forecast and monitor cash flow and other financial indicators to keep the group aware of any possible risks.<br />To be responsible for the monitoring of all income and expenditure.<br />To continuously develop appropriate financial information, advice and guidance to senior management.<br />To ensure the finance software is developed to meet the business needs in terms of reporting information and minimising transaction cost.<br />To ensure the financial procedures and internal controls are kept under continuous review.</p><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree, or above with major in Finance &amp; Accounting.<br />Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, experienced in remote communication (video call);<br />More than 6 years relevant financial working experiences with at least 2 years management exposures in the organisation, better to have the similar industry background (Mechanics, Manufacturing, components) in multinational companies<br />Good knowledge of ERP system, the experience of SAP implementation &amp; cost analysis techniques</p><p><strong>Job Offer</strong></p><p>People-caring Company Culture with Attractive Package and Benefits<br />Excellent chances for career progression</p><p>To apply online please click the Apply button below.
