职位描述：
工作职责：
1. Be the eyes and voice of the product PM and the US prototype planner in Beijing and Dezhou;
2. Insure all requirements are understood and executed by order of priority;
3. Communicate daily with the PM/Planners to reach clarify and avoid unclear requirement or instructions;
4. Provide daily build status update for Newton & other critical AO’s as needed;
5. Coordinate build activities in Beijing and Dezhou across functional departments to provide seamless execution results;
6. Lead the daily update meeting for the scheduling and build status updates, and attend the meeting with BUs;
7. Escalate the Beijing/Dezhou management and Global Sourcing as needed, to meet timelines, including proper resource assignment and/or deployment timeline to meet them;
8. Work with the prototype resource and systems in place to provide regular build FCDs and feedback (do not replace regular process, only work on team alignment in execution and avoiding delays).

职位要求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历, 供应链/管理/电子专业，或者同等相关工作经验;优异的项目管理理念与经验，分析技能与敏锐的洞察力。
2. 具有供应链、生产控制相关工作经验, 对电子/半导体功能与结构有较深入的认知，五年以上电子/半导体行业主计划/新产品生产计划与生产控制工作经验尤佳。
