In order to meet their development plans, a need has arisen to recruit a seasoned finance executive to take the business to the next level.</p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><p>As a key member of the leadership team, you will act as the principal strategic business partner to the senior executives and hold responsibility for all the financial management aspects of the Group operations, including presenting strategy to the Board, providing the necessary financial analysis on new market investments as well as ensuring that sufficient resources are in place to achieve goals. Reporting to the CEO and leading a sizable team, you will also play an instrumental role in driving multiple operational projects and be the pioneer in establishing and managing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Finance function while ensuring that all relevant financial controls, policies, and procedures are in place to drive further growth and profitability for the company.</p><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><p>This is a high profile and strategic finance role with a significant degree of responsibility and autonomy that requires a high calibre finance executive. You will have at least 15 years of experience in a managerial capacity acquired from well-established global corporations with direct experience running a sizable P/L. It is also essential that you have strong operational and commercial finance skills, an outstanding all-rounded interpersonal and negotiation skills. You must demonstrate strong leadership skills combined with an analytical and strategic mindset and possess fluency in English and Chinese.
