职位要求：<p>My client is looking for a sales VP who can guild the team, do business development with market background. They aim to expand China market and enlarge the team size in next 1-2 year time.</p><p><strong>Client Details</strong></p><p>My client is a leading enterprise in China's chemical trading industry. The Company The Company is situated strategically across the region with offices and affiliates in China, India and Singapore. Their business line involves gasoline, fuel oil and petrochemical etc.</p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><ul><li>To direct the sales team to identify and develop business opportunities;</li><li>To establish close connections and networks within the group to acquire sufficient information, resources and support to secure a sustainable sales growth</li><li>To be hungry and enthusiastic and aggressively pursue opportunities on own initiative. Meet or exceed defined sales targets.</li><li>To expand the business patch and regional coverage;</li><li>To develop new channel partners and campaign plans</li><li>To develop customer strategies and manage the sales force to build influential &amp; satisfying relationships with customers at all levels to win profitable business from those customers</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree or above</li><li>Fluent in both English and Mandarin, preferably Italian as well, other language is a plus</li><li>&gt;10 year's working experience in chemical trading company, preferably with commodity chemical trading experience</li><li>Able to manage and structure commercial strategies by assessing clients and markets</li><li>Independent, flexible, proactive, open-minded, dedicated to achieving results with strong entrepreneurship</li></ul><p><strong>Job Offer</strong></p><p>The company offers a dynamic platform, which enables candidate to utilise his/her talents in the field.
