This position is responsible for provide HR services including staffing, the performance appraisal, employee relationship and relative HR functions.
Key responsibility/task:
Staffing
? Managing employees’ on-board procedure, collecting employees' information, signing labor contracts and building their personal files;
? Take responsible for employees’ departure procedure adhere to labor law
? Generate reports on people status, open position summary and other related reports upon requests.
Employee relations
? Implement company policy and HR regulations based on a strong knowledge of labor law and employment best practices
? Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved legally;
? Work with the relevant local Labor Bureau and other government authority to ensure legal compliance.
Performance Appraisal
? Lead annual performance and development conversation program and provide training and explain accordingly;
? Responsible for employees’ probation and contract renewal procedure.
Other
? Build and develop HR Team as leader.
? Take up assignments as delegated by Line Manager
Qualification and experience:
? Above 5 years relevant experience in multiple HR functions and 2 years leadership experience as a leader.
? Bachelor degree or above
? Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin; ability to communicate effectively.
? Must be experienced with office software
? Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Mature, creative, independent and strong sense of responsibility.
