ASSISTANT DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER GREATER CHINA
Company
Our client is an international communication & marketing agency dedicated to food, drink & lifestyle implementing creative and effective 360° marketing solutions Worldwide for brands and collective organizations.
Location: Shanghai
Objective
? Support to improve the quality of our client’s digital services and to position the company as a benchmark in China’s food, wine and lifestyle sectors.
? Contribute through his/her digital expertise to the digital BU’s and Group’s cross functional projects
? Ensure the execution of digital projects in line with the requirements of clients.
Missions / Main Responsibilities
Production
? Assist the Digital Director in defining the appropriate digital strategy according to clients’ requirement
? Participate into the brainstorming of digital campaigns and bring ideas: hot topics, festivals, incentives…
? Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the coherent execution on digital platforms including social media, SEO, e-commerce, etc.)
? Contribute to improve the quality and creativity of the digital content
? Lead the quarterly digital reporting: analyses on the number of fans and interaction, selection of the valuable topics, etc.
? Support in the ROI prevision and analyses to bring more value to clients
? Keep track of the major digital marketing trends (best practices, innovations, etc.) to bring the value to the company
Position within the organization
Reporting/connections
? Report to the Digital Marketing Director for daily work
? Liaise with project managers for the operations
Competencies required
Technical expertise
? At least 3 years of solid experience in digital marketing in China. Basic knowledge in social media applied to the Chinese market: deep understanding of players and stakeholders, platforms and their specific features, content creation, creativity, ability.
? Good communication skill: ability to work efficiently with different teams and external service providers.
? Ability to draft documents both in the language of the market and in English, a good command of French is a plus.
? Good knowledge and motivation to learn about imported food and beverage especially wines & spirits
? Knowledge of the food & beverage business environment is an advantage
