职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Lead the recruiting team to maintain and build a high quality talent pool.
? Training and build the Recruiting Team. Make KPI of recruiting team according to company’s strategy and business target.
? Setup the efficient recruiting process and source new recruiting channels.
? Work with Technical/Business Departments on current and potential openings.
? Engage in appropriate communications with recruiters and hiring managers and build a good relationship with Technical/Business Departments.
? Collect and analysis recruitment data and status.

Requirements:
? 8~10 years experience of recruitment in a multinational company or headhunting firm, including above 3 years experience as recruiting leader.
? Familiar with Automotive, Electronic and Electrical industries.
? University degree of Bachelor or above.
? Excellent in both oral and written English.
? Excellent organizational, communicating, leadership, interview negotiating skills.
