Supply Chain Coordinator - 6 month temp (Xiamen)
供应链协调员 （6个月）

Shipment tracking and follow up; Make shipping documentation Stat and reports timely; Assistance DI documentation submission; Skilled in Mapics operation systems

Main duties
1. Follow shipping process and system to handle the job
跟踪产品订单及订单系统的操作
2. Prepare shipping documentation stats and reports timely and accurate
及时准确地准备好各船运单据资料
3. Collect and categorize documents
收集整理相关文件资料
4. Making and checking on time cargo booking
跟踪并核对船期预订
5. Write SOP for DI documentation for different customers
熟悉并了解不同客户的操作流程及直出订单的文件
6. Do billing in AS400
AS400操作系统运用
7. Scan shipping paperwork into Laser vault
船运各相关资料的扫描存档等
8. Issue debit note to suppliers
提供相关发票或资料单据给相关供应商
9. Training suppliers on documentation requests
对相关供应商进行培训
10. Others assigned by management.

Requirements / Qualifications:
1. College graduated, Minimum 3 years related working experiences and at least 2 years in international trading background or logistic experiences. Stats experience is plus.
2. Experiences in logistic and doing shipping documentations. Good command of English and Chinese in both speaking and writing as well as Excel, word, PowerPoint,
3. Proactive, optimism, positive, Quick-responding, Self-initiative, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
